A day in the LIVES of the WIVES.....

I am exhausted! After being on vacation for the last three weeks, it is no easy feat to come back to THREE twelve hour graveyard shifts in a row! Two words: Rude. Awakening. I miss the fact that three days ago my biggest decisions were things like, Should we go to lay out at the pool, or go to the waterpark today? I want a snack, should we get beignets, or a snoball.....or both?? Should we shop at the outlets, or the mall? It's Lunch time.....Raising cane's, or Chick-fil-a? What a life! The lives of the wives is something I'm already missing! My vaca was FABULOUS....I think I might make myself a permanent wife next summer! But for now it's back to reality where my decisions revolve more around keeping patients alive and well! Here are a few random pics of all the fun I had with some of the wives in Louisiana!

Louisiana Lady Luncheon: ALOHA STYLE!

This last Saturday we had another luncheon with all the wives that are out here in Louisiana. This turn it was Lyn and Aiime's turn to do the luncheon. Since Lyn is Hawaiian we had a LUAU! It was a BLAST and the food was AMAZING! We had hula hoop contests, limbo, hawaiian dancing and lots of other fun stuff! These girls definitely know how to have a good time!

This is Jersey's new boyfriend Razz! One of the wives out here, my new friend Whitney, is mamma to this cute little guy! The other day we took a trip to PetCo to get some doggie supplies. In the car Jersey and Razz were just loving hanging their heads out the window and giving eachother kisses. I wish I could have caught a pic of them actually kissing, but I did get a cute one of them gazing into eachother eyes under the sunset- lady and the tramp status right there! HAHA! People at PetCo were smitten with our little pooches, even after they both peed and Razz went #2 in the middle of the aisle! It was a fun little fieldtrip with our doggies! Lady and the Tramp

Louisiana: Ladies, Luncheons, Life, and LOVE!

Here I am- just a chillin in the little city of Gonzales, Louisiana..... who would have thought that half my summer would be spent here? I extended this trip which was originally supposed to be just 2 weeks, to a little over 3 and time is flying, my first week has already passed! My life out here has consisted of a bunch of different things, but these are the lifelines:

ALL of these things have been SOOOOOO much FUN! BUT of course my two biggest lifelines out here are my little JERSEY PUPS and my MAN! It is so nice to spend time with Jordan out here! I love him so much and I'm so grateful that he's such a hard worker!!

On July 1st, my best friend gave birth to a beautiful little baby boy! 7 pounds, 8 ounces and 21 inches of perfection! Richard Mason Neve (a.k.a. Mason) has already stolen my heart! Congrats Chels and Rich, you will be the best parents ever!
